We are seeking a Sales Operations / Tech Support Specialist with at least 1 year of work experience. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our team, playing a crucial role in driving growth and streamlining our sales processes. We work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires someone who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about using data and technology to drive results.
The responsibilities consist of:
Collaborate with the Sales Operations team to develop and implement sales processes
Operate and manage a seamless execution of the lead generation process
Join team meetings with the operations team (who run the campaigns)
Optimise and automate processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide insights to the rest of Saleslift Studio
Protect data and make sure everyone works GDPR compliant
Develop and maintain sales metrics and KPIs to monitor performance
Manage and train sales operations staff on tooling and processes
Who are we looking for someone with:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
At least 1 year of work experience (preferably in the B2B Sales industry)
Some understanding of coding/tooling and experience with lead generation and sales automation tools, such as Salesloft
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organisational and project management skills
