- Manage end to end recruitment process (placing ads, calling potential candidates for interview, screening of applicants, arrange for final selection by Senior Executive, back ground checking, completion of requirements, job orientation and on-boarding).
- Preparing employment contract, job description, and other information necessary to on-boarding employee. Submission of inclusion & deletion report of mandated benefits.
- Creating Company Policy. Also amend, revise or supersede existing memo (when necessary).
- Facilitate training for less experienced employees. Coordinates with department in-charged for performance evaluation and recommendation.
- Managing 201-file of employees, company memorandum, and other correspondence.
- Update of employee file such as personal information, movement, evaluation and job description.
- Handle employee grievances to DOLE/NLRC or Barangay.
- Attend to hearings, filing of case/complaints, meetings/SENA, Barangay hearings, police blotter, etc. in coordination with Management and company legal counsel.
- Manage incident reports. Conduct investigations and collecting of evidences.
- Analyze existing company policies and procedures. Recommending amendment/improvement when necessary. Implementation of company policies & procedures.
- Impose disciplinary action to employee as per the approved decision of the Senior Executive.
- Drafting of business letters and memorandum, minutes of meetings, and summary of incident reports.
