We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join a small dynamic LEAN and Continuous Improvement training business with a superb and well thought out product. This is a start up company and you be responsible for driving sales of their software and training solutions to companies across the globe.

As the BD Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and exceeds sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and exceeds sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within companies.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Change, LEAN, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement and leadership coaching as well as their training packages
  • 
  • Build a clinet base from scratch

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software and or online training sales
  • Experience of putting together bids both for the private and public sector
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  •
