As a Quality Assurance Specialist you will perform various functions in ensuring that a Telesales team meets required standards.
Other Key Responsibilities:
- Control the Telesales team members’ calls for evaluation purposes.
- Conduct the needed training and orientation to the current and new employees.
- Do the needed documentation regarding the telesales team evaluation.
- Do the required assessment tests weekly and monthly to the telesales team members.
- Discuss any quality related issues with the superiors
About You:
- Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Business administration, Public Relations, Healthcare or a related field.
- Must have at least 1 year proven success in Quality Assurance
- Experience with analytical tasks.
- Excellent strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivation with a desire for self-development.
- Fluency in English and Spanish/Italian (spoken and written).
