Senior HR Generalist [South Korea]


 

Essential Functions and Roles:

  • Provide HR partnership for company and work closely with leaders and employee in the implementation of HR policy
  • Manage compensation program including incentive, payroll (having outsourcing vendor), and benefit programs.
  • Manage and resolve moderate employee relations issues.
  • Partner with recruiting and Learning & Development functions to assist managers in identifying and meeting their talent needs
What do I need to qualify for this job?
  • Bachelor’s degree, and a minimum of 8 years of HR experience (must have C&B experience Very detailed oriented
  • Very detailed oriented
  • Fluent English writing & speaking
  • Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external peers.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work with diverse groups of people and comfortable in dealing with ambiguity.
  • Approaches challenges with an open-mind and is willing to try new things.
