OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE [Malaysia]


 

Job Descriptions:

  • To provide support and high-quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction by processing instructions and providing guidance to team members.
  • Knowledge of Bill Payment operation is desirable
  • To acquire and update knowledge on procedures related to processes and to ensure that work is completed in accordance with procedures and within timeframes
  • To ensure that issues / problems are effectively investigated and resolved or are appropriately referred with recommendations
  • To respond quickly to urgent work demands
  • Communicate with internal departments to gather more information for effective investigation.
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
  • Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
  • Manages correspondence by answering emails, whatsapp, calls and emails.
  • Undertaking ad-hoc clerical and administrative tasks, when necessary or take up other duties as assigned
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
  • Update tasks daily report
  • Focus on documenting, interpreting and configuring of data to be used.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • · Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, and planning refreshments
  • · Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
  • · Interacts with HOD and carries out their requests
  • · Creates agendas and takes meeting notes
  • · Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed
  • · To perform any other function as directed from time to time

Requirements:

  • Degree holders in IT/Mathematics/ Statistics or any related courses.
  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience in Bill Payment related operation
  • Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Multilingual may be preferred or required.
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin. Proficient in English and Mandarin (oral and written)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
