IS/IT Coordinator [Ukraine]


 
Overall purpose of the role:

A key component of the Information Systems function is a Site Services Delivery Coordinator (SSDC) responsible for services that are critical to day-to-day operations in a demanding, complex business that never sleeps. From Research & Development to Aftersales operations, the SSDC enables the wider business to achieve its goals.

Nissan Motor Ukraine (NMUKR) is a vital part in our European Sales Business and the SSDC who supports it is essential in ensuring our sales operations can perform their function. Thereby enabling our business teams in meeting and exceeding their ever increasing demands.

The SSDC role is high profile, providing relationship management & operational services of Nissan Europe Information Systems to the regional business unit.
The role requires a great deal of autonomy and drive with an ability to be very adaptive and to deal with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.
Strong communication skills are essential, as the SSDC will be engaging with all levels in the organisation, including with Executives and Management Committee.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

As the IT Site Service Delivery Coordinator, your main tasks and responsibilities will include the following:
  • Act as the bridge between NE IS/IT central organization and NMUKR business.
  • Ensure end-to-end services are planned & delivered to the NAE & RBU FRA to ensure customer satisfaction. This includes technical services, local service desk, local contracts/vendors and facilitating project roll out to the site
  • Management of the budget, financial and purchasing needs of the team in order to deliver the agreed programme of work
  • Robust asset & license management
  • Establish, transition and ongoing performance management of services with trusted providers on a managed service basis
  • Adherence to industry best practice, departmental governance and service delivery methodologies whilst delivering to recognized quality, cost and time constraints

Required background, experience and education:
  • Strong background in Service Delivery, End User Computing, End User Support, Infrastructure and Project Management and the principles, methods, techniques and tools for the effective management throughout the full project lifecycle
  • First-hand and demonstrable experience in an enterprise technology and/or service delivery role within a large, complex organisation

Skills, abilities and languages:
  • Fluent English and Ukrainian language
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A problem-solving mind set with a strategic, long-term vision
  • The ability to influence at all levels across the business
  • ITIL Certified
