About the Role
In charge of welcoming visitors, attending to their requirements, and developing strong relationships with them. Working closely with the front desk hostess team to make sure that our guests' expectations are fulfilled and delivered from the moment they arrive to the moment they depart is a crucial component of the role.
About You
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or any relevant field.
- More than 2 years of experience in relevant fields.
- Experienced in training and leading team members.
- Knowledge of sanitation requirements, local government, regulations, and food/beverage handling safety standards (HACCP)
- Proficient in customer relations.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Preferable female candidate.
