Our Client

We are delighted to be partnering with a well-known and highly reputable business based in St Leonards! They are seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to join their Finance team on a temporary basis initially for 3 months with the view to perm. They also offer flexibility to WFH 2-3 days per week!

Description

Duties will include, but not limited to;
  • Processing incoming payments inline with company procedures
  • Billings & allocations
  • Completing high volume transactions
  • Collecting relevant financial data for reporting
  • Matching payments to debtors
  • Accurate and timely reconciliations
  • End to end accounts receivable process
  • Other ad-hoc finance tasks as required
Profile

As an ideal applicant, you will have;
  • Proven experience within a similar capacity, be it AR, Billings or Accounts Clerk
  • Sound systems and Excel knowledge
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong use of initiative and a proactive nature
