As a Project Service Controller, you will be part of a multicultural team. Your day-to-day work will involve liaising with internal and external customers and stakeholders in English and German to ensure that end to end orders are correctly delivered for the execution of the projects.

HowYou’ll Make an Impact

  • Processing of customer inquiries, creation of customer offers in SAP
  • Open orders/projects inthe local SAP-System for spare parts, hiring out of personnel (engineers, siteservices and commissioning), servicecontracts and small projects.
  • Monthly billing /invoicing of above-mentioned topics, prepare the necessary invoicingdocumentation and follow up.
  • Material handling,ordering in SAP.
  • Carry out deadline andorder cost monitoring.
  • Booking of goodsreceived in the local System (SAP-System) as base for accepting the invoicesfrom the supplier.
  • Generate financialreports from SAP for service/project.

WhatYou Bring

  • University Degree inEconomics or related fields.
  • Understanding ofbusiness models, strategies, finance and processes
  • Knowledge of the marketand the competition and understands the competition from a strategic andfinancial point of view.
  • Understanding of theneeds of customers and other contractual partners.
  • Knowledge of how toidentify, describe, quantify and assess risks.
  • Knowledge of how toreduce complexity to the essence and how to review information and exploitopportunities.
  • English and Germanadvanced language skills
  • Strong ability to useIT, Excel (w macros) ERP systems, database, Value Flow, e.g., IFRSrequirements, Microsoft Office / SAP, HGB requirements
  • Practical knowledge infinance.
