A leading Pharmaceutical company is looking to hire a competent Pharmaceutical Business Manager.
Ensuring the regional sales and non-sales objectives of the company are achieved and surpassed
Achieving the volume and margin growth for the region within the period (quarter).
Supervise, lead and manage the sales team members to achieve their objectives
Develop and manage channel members to ensure effective distribution and extensive availability of company products.
Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
The incumbent will be responsible for detailing to doctors, pharmacist etc to support sales.
Requirements:
BSc sciences in Pharmacist
A minimum of 5 years of Pharmaceutical Business Manager Experience with KPI
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
