Food Service Sales Manager (CMT) [Thailand]


 Job Purpose and Impact

The Food Services Manager will sell directly to users or business purchasers or indirectly through food services channels. In this role, you will help identify and contact prospective customers, build relationships to generate future sales and repeat business, participate in assessing the customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services and solutions. Key Accountabilities

Help support business growth by disseminating information that favorably promotes the organization and its products and services focusing on food services segment including QSR, HORECA, and distributors
Promoting Cargill Meats Thailand products including cooked and raw products in responsible channels
Help monitor customer and competitor activity and industry trends
Collaborate with senior staff to prepare business plan and strategies to protect, grow and diversify relationships with targeted customers
Participate in development and delivery of sales bids, presentations and proposals and conducting product demonstrations
Lead and develop sales team to deliver target assigned by the business unit
Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff
Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
At least 5 years experiences in food services business is needed
Good selling and presentation skill
Good command in English
