Food Safety Consultant [Saudi Arabia]


 

The role of the Food Safety Consultant is to design, initiate and implement in a timely manner safe food systems adopted by the company to represent the company by providing high quality services to its clients at all times.

Requirements and Job Duties:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Health/Food Sciences/Food Technology/Nutrition.
  • 2 years of experience in Food Safety, Quality Assurance/Training.
  • English Proficiency.
  • Represent the company by providing high quality service to clients at all times.
  • Ensure that delivered services are aligned to our food safety manual terms and regulations.
  • Design, initiate and implement in a timely manner safe food systems such as

ISO 22000, HACCP, QPA, GMP, Kitchen Audits and any other system that the company will adopt.

  • Develop food safety manuals.
  • Conduct courtesy calls and visits.
  • Conduct kitchen audits and prepare gap analysis reports.
  • After being trained by the company on the courses delivered within our scope of work, provide and deliver training courses exclusively to our clients as directed by the company’s management.
  • Organize training venues, logistics, transport, and accommodation as required to achieving efficient training attendance.
  • Manage training delivery, measurement and follow up as needed.
  • Correct examinations and prepare certificates.
  • Assess clients’ training needs and analyze training feedback results.
  • Undertake refresher or other short food safety courses as deemed necessary.
  • Update clients’ records and documents.
  • Follow-up on the calendar of food safety activities.
  • Organize awareness events, internally and externally.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼7,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
